OUR EVENT PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Every good event starts with understanding the requirements, regulations, and key stakeholders.

CoFestCo excels applying quantitative, qualitative and stakeholder analysis to determine critical factors such as scope, budget, schedule, staffing requirements and key messaging. These factors are then integrated into timelines, milestones, and checklists to ensure production has the workflow and framework to stays on schedule and on budget.

  • A good design process includes branding exercises to determine the look and feel of the experience you want to create. A great design process includes both digital and physical user experience design to envision the experience from multiple stakeholder perspectives and across multiple creative and business domains.

CoFestCo utilizes industry leading design methodologies from Stanford’s Design School to bring your vision to life.

  • This is where the hard work is done. From a coordination perspective, CoFestCo books entertainment, prepares contracts, manages licensing agreements, applies for and obtains all necessary permits, communicates insurance requirements and collects certificates of insurance from partner organizations, and facilitates all inspections with local health and public safety organizations, such as the department of health the fire department.

  • This is where the magic happens. Where everything comes together to create the moment, the experience, you’ve been planning and envisioning for so long.

However, there is still lots to be done. The venue needs to be set up, the support staff, contractors, and vendors need to be managed, social media management, strategic communications, box offices and ticketing services, set-up and build-out of all event infrastructure, set-up and configuration of all audio/visual and technical components, security, maintenance, break-down, and the payment of all vendors, contractors, and invoices.

  • Now that the event is all said and done, how did it go? Did your guests enjoy themselves? Did you hit your financial targets? What were the highlights? What can be done better next time?

This step is critical to the continued growth and success of any event or business, but is often overlooked in the wake of the main event. Let us help you identify, track and measure the results that matter most.
